Expertise / Business

Technology, data & IP

Rights, contracts and data processes that support digital products and innovation.

Your objective comes first.

We begin by understanding the decision you need to make, the people involved and the documents available. Our work in technology, data & ip connects legal analysis with your practical priorities.

How we can help

  • Development and licensing agreements
  • Software and content rights registers
  • Review of personal data processes

A clear process, from the outset.

First, we define the scope and identify open questions. Then we review the documents, consider available options and agree a practical sequence of actions. You receive focused updates that explain what has changed and what needs your decision.

When a matter crosses borders

We map the jurisdictions, dependencies and deadlines before setting the plan. Where local input is needed, we coordinate the work so that advice from different locations supports the same objective.

Can you help if I am outside Czechia?

Yes. We work with clients across locations and time zones, and coordinate cross-border matters. Tell us where you are based and which countries are involved so we can discuss the right approach and any local input needed.

What should I include in my first enquiry?

A short description of the issue, your contact details, the countries involved and any important dates is enough to start. Please avoid sending sensitive documents in the initial form; we can agree how to share the relevant material later.

What if I cannot reach your Prague number?

Use the callback form and select your preferred contact method. Include your country or time zone so we can arrange a suitable conversation during business hours in Prague. The current website form remains a preview until message delivery is enabled.

How are the scope and fees agreed?

The proposed work depends on your objective, the documents, the jurisdictions involved and the urgency. We discuss the scope, timing and fee arrangements before the engagement begins. There is no universal package for every matter.

Can you assist with an urgent matter?

Explain the deadline and the immediate issue when you contact us. We will discuss availability and the practical steps required. When the matter calls for an on-site presence, travel can be arranged as part of the engagement.

Will I receive updates during the work?

We agree how to communicate and who needs to be involved. Updates focus on progress, new information, outstanding questions and the decisions that need your attention.
